Create a custom scope

1. Open the Okta console

2. Open the following tabs in the given order

   1. Security

   2. API

   3. Authorization Servers

   4. <Authorization Server Name>

   5. Scopes

   6. Add Scope

      1. Name: modelop_client

      2. Display phrase: modelop_client

      3. Description: A custom ModelOp Center scope used to distinguish between an OAuth2 client and an end user

      4. User consent: Implicit

      5. Block services: Unselected

      6. Default scope: Unselected

      7. Metadata: Unselected

      8. Save
